In Need of a Board Portal Risk Assessment Matrix

We are getting ready to move our board of directors into the future by going to paperless meetings. We are going to issue each board member a bank owned iPad and all of the meeting materials will be uploaded to a secure board portal. Has anyone done a risk assessment on this? I feel some of the risks associated with mobile banking will apply since the iPad is a mobile device but I am sure that there are risks unique to a securely hosted board portal that will be accessed by the directors. Can anyone provide me with any resources? Anyone have a board portal risk assessment matrix that they would consider posting that I could purchase for points?
