FDIC recommended that we enhance our complaint log and report complaints to the Board quarterly.
Any other institutions required to do this and, if so, do you log and report disputes received from borrowers and/or credit bureaus, regarding inaccurate credit reporting?

Regarding Truth In Lending - Regulation states a loan payment must be posted to the consumers account the day it is received unless we have notified the customer in writing of cutoff times. Wanted to see a "conforming payment notice" of cutoff times
