Our Team
It’s a team passionately dedicated to community banks.

The cbanc Network was created and is led by banking veterans that share a passion for developing smart technology solutions that meet the unique needs of community financial institutions.

Meet our management team:

Hank Seale, Founder & CEO
Hank Seale has been in banking his entire career, first as a community banker and then as an entrepreneur building financial services software solutions. His commitment to the success of community banking has deep roots. After graduating from Texas Tech University in 1984, he moved to Austin, Texas as a loan payments teller for The Bank of the Hills. Hank worked his way up to Vice President of Operations for the bank and during that time he served as the Secretary of Treasurer of the Young Bankers Division of the Independent Bankers Association of Texas.

When The Bank of Hills was acquired, Hank embarked upon his first entrepreneurial endeavor co-founding Regency Voice Systems, a company that introduced voice banking to community financial institutions. Successfully growing this company to more than 1,600 customers, Hank sold the company and began his next venture establishing Q UP Systems. At Q UP, Hank developed the latest Web-based technology to help community financial institutions stay competitive in attracting and retaining customers. Q Up was acquired by S1 Corporation in 2000.

Hank has continued his mission of serving the community financial services market by establishing ownership in CoreTrac, another banking company, and founding CBG Holdings which is the parent company of several community banking software firms (Q2 Banking, Cardinal Systems and cbanc Network). Hank was also invited by the Federal Reserve Board to become a Class-B Director for the Dallas Region. Hank’s vision for cbanc Network was to leverage the power of the Internet to provide a platform where community banks could more easily network, share best practices and practical advice on a national basis. Hank recognizes the valuable role these institutions play in their communities and yet they must operate with limited resources and budgets. However, his belief is that working together community banks have an opportunity to establish a competitive advantage in their respective markets. That, simply stated, is the mission of cbanc.

Myers Dupuy, President
Myers Dupuy has also dedicated his career to serving community financial institutions. Myers began his career with Q UP Systems in 1997 where he was an integral part of the team that developed the Q UP Internet Banking System product and helped build the company to more than 1,600 customers. Myers contributed to the success at Q UP in a variety of ways over his tenure including roles in management of customer support, project management and sales engineering.

Throughout his career, Myers has been very successful in establishing, growing and managing the departments responsible for working directly with community banks to help them maximize the benefits of advanced technologies. His experienced includes operations and sales.

Myers joined CBG Holdings to help solidify the vision of cbanc Network. He has been instrumental in the success of developing and launching this one-of-a-kind online network. With his in-the-trenches experience with the banking market and exposure to different areas of the software business, Myers is uniquely qualified to lead the team that has developed the cbanc online collaboration network and supports its members. In addition to growing the network’s membership, Myers also moderates the network’s activity to help facilitate new ways that community banks can gain more and more value from collaborating with other banks and industry experts online.

“I think a lot of bankers feel like they’re floating out in the ocean by themselves and cbanc gives them a sense of community and confidence that they have other resources to rely on.”
